After I had cut all of the water droplet ‘holes’ out of my boiled wool dress, I was then able to sew all of the seams together to finish off my dress.
The bolero on the other hand was slightly more challenging. I used a teflon foot, this was because the normal metal foot would stick to the fabric that I had chosen, to sew all of the seams on the jacket together and to then add an additional lines of sewing down the sides of each of the seams for detailing. I then added this detailing into the team of the ruffles and then sewed them on to the arm hole, right sides together to give the ruffles as much volume as I could.

Once these were done I tidied up all of my seams, cutting loose threads off and pressing all of the seams so that the dress would sit well on the mannequin and the body when doing the photoshoot.
